I graded Macross F a B- as an anime overall. I really liked the mechs and the shiny fights to song but I really didn't like the Ranka/Alto/Sheryl dynamic.

But Klan/Mikhail were SO cute. SO ridiculously cute. And Klan's hair is so cute! I love huge hair!
And that VF-25 G Valkyrie custom for Mikhail! Sniper!mech? HHHNNNGGG~ * ; * (my bias is totally showing)

I had bought fabric for Maylene 2-3 years before I made the costume. ^^;; I have a weakness for the sniper class and the cute ditsy maid was the sniper! Excellent! But I got lazy and the fabric remained untouched for a long while. I finally got around to making and finishing it just before the photoshoot with Hilda. Photoshoots are great motivators!

Commander Sheperd - Alison Gunn vers. (Mass Effect 2) @ Katsucon 2011

I love Mass Effect. Like LOVE. Seriously LOVE. I've been planning on making Kasumi Goto for a long while but I needed a ME costume NOW. F!Shep's dress is pretty do-able. I won't say easy because weird seams! Like weird! (Particularly, the back/underarm seam.)

I cut my hair so I used a wig for Fanime. Personally, I really like that hair shape. Think I might have my actual hair cut similar like that. I was so happy to see the Garrus but I was so shy I didn't have the courage to stay and chat. /fail
